EFFECTIVE HEAT INSULATION

For all year round use your garden room needs heating at the touch of a button keeping you warm whatever the weather

High end option – 100mm PIR insulation. Achieves U-values of 0.2 W/m2k

Low end option – 100mm rock wool. Achieves 0.13W/ m2K.

 

Glazing Options

For beautiful, panoramic views of your garden, with no compromise, our glazing options give you everything you need to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Aluminium high-end option – More secure. Easy to clean. Flexible design. High strength. Long lasting.

UPVC low end option – Value for money. No rust. No swelling. No warping.

 

Hard Wearing Floors

We can offer a number of options when it comes to flooring;

High end option – If your floor is going to have lots of use then hardwood or tile is your best option as these are our most hardwearing solution. We also find this our most premium solid flooring option.

Mid end option – Engineered wood flooring that has a luxury look and feel for almost half the price as it is the top 6mm that is real hardwood with the lower, unseen 10mm that is plywood. An excellent choice for flooring with less traffic.

Low end option – 8mm laminate flooring. A great value option and is constantly evolving with new technology all the time.

 

Natural Wood Cladding

For a stylish garden room that looks amazing both inside and out we can give you a number of natural wood cladding options;

High end option – Hardi plank cladding or Trespa cladding – a man-made material which has the longest life with no maintaining required.

Mid end option – Cedar timber- this is a harder wood than American redwood so will last longer and looks great.

Low end option – American redwood- great value for money that can easily look like cedar when painted/stained. 

 

Decking

To complete the stylish look of your exterior, finish it off with some quality decking options;

High end option – Hardwood decking comes with some great finishes and there is no escaping that it has a real premium look and touch.

Mid end option – Composite is great for a long-lasting deck with no maintenance due to its man-made capabilities.

Low end option – Softwood decking is most commonly used and a great budget saver.
